Beach Cup Cakes

To kick off the summer the kids and I decided to make these ADORABLE cupcakes for my 4 year olds preschool class. These were super easy to make and the kids and I had so much fun doing it. I just made the cupcakes using the easy boxed yellow cake mix from Pillsbury. I colored the Pillsbury vanilla frosting sky blue using the Wilton's icing color paste. I used a large star tip to frost the cupcakes. That way it looked like water. We bought Graham Crackers for the sand, Teddy Grahams for the little bear, Fruit By The Foot for the beach towel and to top it off used the cocktail umbrellas. The kids in her class loved them!
