Footloose Swap Item

For one of my swap items, I made a little bag using the retired footloose paper pack from CTMH. I used the stamp sets surfs up, kick back, and the footloose workshop set. I then filled them with gummy candies that are in the shape of sliced lemons and I put a Crystal Light packet in each of them. I also found cute flip flop key chains that I attached to the handle.

Here are the instructions for creating the gift bag:

Cut your card stock to 10 1/4 x 4 1/4

Score the bottom at 1in.

Then turn paper and score at 1in. and 4 5/8.

Then turn again and score at 1in. and 4 5/8.

Fold on all score lines and cut the lower left corn square completely out. Then cut all bottom score lines to the top score lines. Where the X's are shown, that's where you place the adhesive.

Then you fold and put the box together.

Set a side and cut your designer paper to 3 1/2 x 3 (that's for the front of the bag). For the handle cut at 5/8 x 9 1/2. If you'd like a shorter handle just cut it shorter than the 9 1/2.

Attach the designer paper to the front of your bag. Then take your strip of paper for your handle and attach it to the sides of your bag using brads.

And your done! Now you can add stamps and embellishments :) Hope you enjoy! Thank you Chic n scratch for the tutorial.
